Refund & Cancellation Policy

The current checkout is in Creem test mode and does not charge real money.

Canceling

When live billing is enabled, Pro renews at the interval shown during checkout until canceled. Cancel through the Creem customer portal or email support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid period.

Refund requests

For production purchases, contact us within 14 days of the initial charge with your account email and order identifier. We review duplicate charges, technical inability to access paid features, and other reasonable requests.

Renewals

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once a new billing period begins, except where required by law or where the service was materially unavailable.
