What to include

Do not send payment-card details, passwords, one-time codes, full child names, school information, health details, or chart content.
Privacy requests
Use “Privacy request” in the subject and describe the request. Most chart content stays only in your browser and can be removed with “Clear local data.” We may need to verify a request involving an email conversation.

We try to respond as soon as practical. We do not guarantee a specific response time. Requests governed by applicable law will be handled within the time required by that law.
