Refund Policy

1. Current status

Plus is a monthly subscription for watermark-free printing, billed at the price shown at checkout and renewed automatically until canceled. New subscriptions cost USD $2.99 per month. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed price. Free printing includes a watermark. In preview environments, Stripe test checkout takes no real payment, so test transactions cannot produce a monetary refund.

2. Unexpected charge

If any page associated with ChoreChartEasy unexpectedly requests or appears to make a real charge, stop and email support@chorecharteasy.com. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or one-time codes.

3. Future paid products

Use Manage subscription in your account to cancel renewal. Access continues until the end of the current paid period, then prints include a watermark again. Refund requests are reviewed individually, including duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, and problems accessing the paid features. Contact us promptly with details of the issue. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. Open Your account, choose a paid invoice under Payments & refund requests, and submit the reason. Your request number and review status are saved in your account. Requests are reviewed manually; submitting one does not issue a refund, guarantee approval, or cancel renewal. Preview requests are tests and cannot return real money. Contact support about billing problems; this does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
